When selling inventory to Wholesalez:

You warrant that you have legal ownership or authority to sell the items

You understand that all sales are final once accepted by both parties
You agree to our established payment and pickup procedures
You acknowledge that accepted offers constitute a binding agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wholesalez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties
